Facing the need to train employees on the complex assembly process of its hydraulic equipment without face-to-face contact, Permco turned to VR technology. With the help of a tech-savvy employee who developed a proprietary VR application, the company created a virtual training solution that guides new employees through the assembly process using Oculus headsets and haptic gloves for realistic feedback.
