Like its predecessors Wandavision and Falcon and the winter soldier, Marvel's latest series for Disney Plus, Loki, has its own prolonged reality experience.
While the sooner titles made their AR contents only shortly before their respective season finalates, the latter arrives in time for the debut of the time traveler of God from Mischfief.
For Loki, Disney Plus has chosen to publish his AR experience as a sponsored lens on Snapchat. Experience features a virtual background that’s influenced by the premise of the show, a golden watch with several hands that rotate within the multiverse. The virtual lighting of the scene is adjusted by typing on the screen.
However, the highlight is available in the foreground during which you overlay your name within the camera view, whereby the font of the letters is moved randomly, just like the emblem of the show, which the fans are actually known about various trailers.
Fans will enjoy it, but Disney Plus leads a business here, and there may be a call for users throughout the lens. The use of Snapchat's purchasing AR-E-Commerce tool adds a button with which users can register for Disney Plus and look at the series.
Since the Loki lens is the sponsored variety, you’ve got to access it via the lens carousel and never via a link or a scanning code. And you most likely need to act quickly, since sponsored lenses generally wouldn’t have an extended shelf life.
In the past, Disney and Marvel have the spread of AR experiences on various platforms. For example, Wandavision was funded on Facebook Messenger, while the Disney Insider app served as a house for the Falcon and the AR experience of the winter soldier.
Earlier properties were presented with AR content via a Playground AR Playmoji pack for Google Pixel Devices and the MovieBill In-Theater Magazine. Marvel also played with AR -Wearables, just like the Iron Man AR -Helm and the Dimension of Heroes game for Lenovos Mirage AR -HEADSET.
Fans who dived into the primary episode of Loki may also notice some nice AR concepts. But I won’t spoil them for them, they need to take the time to see it themselves.
