DPVR Partners with ASI Corporation to Expand into US and Canadian Markets

DPVR, a Chinese VR hardware and software education solution provider, is making a strategic move to expand its global market reach to the United States and Canadian regions through a partnership with ASI Corporation. This partnership aims to bring DPVR’s comprehensive VR solutions to a wider audience in the Western markets, including the amusements, enterprise, education, and consumer sectors.

Derek Liu, VP of DPVR, expressed his confidence in the partnership with ASI Corp, stating that it will significantly extend their reach and enhance consumer satisfaction. The move comes after the success of Chinese XR firm Xreal in the Western market, indicating a potential for DPVR to join the Western XR revolution.

DPVR’s solution portfolio covers a variety of use cases, including enterprise, arcade, and consumer applications. The firm’s P1 VR headset is already widely integrated in US schools, showcasing its success in the education sector. Additionally, DPVR’s new P2 headset offers increased value for enterprise and education clients with enhanced features such as content security, longer battery life, and ergonomic design.

On the gaming and consumer side, DPVR offers the E3C headset for in-person simulation attractions and the E4 headset for a competitive 4K 120Hz display experience. The firm is experiencing an increasing volume of shipments for its VR headsets in Western regions and is actively participating in Western technology shows like CES to showcase its commitment to North America.

With a strong presence in the East and a successful track record in the education sector, DPVR is poised to make a significant impact in the Western markets with its innovative VR solutions. The partnership with ASI Corporation and the introduction of new headsets like the P2 demonstrate DPVR’s commitment to expanding its global reach and meeting the needs of diverse customer bases.
