Make My Day Launches Augmented Reality Performance Marketing Agency with Global Ambitions

Make My Day, an augmented reality performance marketing agency, has officially launched with the goal of providing AR campaigns at scale for global brands. Backed by We Are Social, Make My Day aims to revolutionize the way marketers utilize AR in their campaigns.

The agency plans to move beyond one-off AR executions and instead focus on creating multi-platform campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies. Make My Day takes a platform agnostic approach, working with brands on AR activations across various social networks including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, the agency has partnered with Snap to offer its unique AR approach to the app’s performance and brand marketing partners.

Leading the charge at Make My Day is Managing Director Will Scougal, who brings seven years of experience from Snap, where he played a key role in launching AR globally. Mark Carroll, formerly of Pinterest, has also joined Make My Day as co-founder and strategy director.

Based in We Are Social’s UK office, Make My Day will have access to the agency’s team of social experts, allowing for collaboration across departments such as creative, design, and production. Scougal will report to We Are Social’s UK CEO, Jim Coleman.

In a statement, Scougal expressed excitement about the potential of AR in delivering real business results, emphasizing the importance of connecting brands with consumers through meaningful AR experiences.
