Scope AR and eQ Technologic Partner to Accelerate Industrial Manufacturing Productivity with Augmented Reality and Data Integration

May 8, 2024 – Scope AR, a leading provider of augmented reality (AR) solutions for enterprise, and eQ Technologic, a provider of low/no-code data integration and analytics solutions, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at boosting productivity on the manufacturing shop floor through end-to-end data integration.

According to Scope AR, the adoption of augmented reality in digital transformation initiatives presents opportunities for organizations to enhance productivity, especially in manufacturing. However, implementing AR requires the right technology infrastructure and deeper data integrations with enterprise systems. The partnership between Scope AR and eQ Technologic aims to address these challenges and deliver next-generation AR solutions.

Scope AR’s augmented reality experiences provide technicians and engineers with visual training, work instructions, and remote assistance through AR headsets and mobile devices. Their ‘WorkLink’ platform offers a comprehensive solution for creating and viewing advanced AR experiences, supporting critical use cases such as assembly, inspection, maintenance, and repair.

eQ Technologic’s ‘eQube-DaaS’ Platform simplifies data integration for various industries, creating a “Data Fabric” that connects data, applications, and devices. With over 90 ready-to-use connectors, eQube enables seamless integration with different systems, allowing users to analyze data and make informed decisions without coding.

Through this partnership, WorkLink can integrate with systems such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Internet of Things (IoT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The collaboration aims to improve error detection, reduce errors during manufacturing processes, and provide full traceability and audit support.

Industries such as aerospace, defense, and machinery, including customers like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Rolls Royce, stand to benefit from the combined solutions of Scope AR and eQ Technologic. Both companies will showcase their offerings at Siemens’s Realize LIVE 2024 Americas event in Las Vegas from May 13-16.
